If you have a specific area that you are interested in then you may want to start your own blog and earn money through Google AdSense. You can set up a blog (web blog) easily today and even choose from a variety of templates.

Give your blog a name that makes it stand out and says what it’s about. If it’s about a golfing niche, perhaps you could call it “Golf on the Cheap” or “Best Golf Bargains” or something that distinguishes it from the thousands of other golf blogs.

After determining the name (and finding one available) you are ready to begin posting articles and informational content to the site about your topic. Once you’ve done that you are now ready to set up the AdSense program.

This is a program that places ads on your site that are relative to what your blog is about. You can enable this by going into your blogging settings template tab and finding the AdSense link.

When you go to www.google.com you will click on “Advertising” link and sign up for AdSense here. After doing that go back to your template link.

You don’t make a lot of money per click (on average it’s 15 to 30 cents) but you don’t have to do anything to earn this other than provide your blog. This is definitely one of the easy ways to make money online.

However you do need to get targeted traffic to your site that would have an interest in those products advertised. This is where your writing expertise comes into play.

You will need to prepare yourself to update and provide new content to your blog frequently. Plan on doing so at least every couple of days. You want to provide information that will encourage your readers to tune in to your site often.

In order to get your blog picked up by the search engines you’ll want to mention a variety of key words throughout your various blogs which will help the search engines pick up on your blog quicker. Your goal is to be found by as many readers as possible when they google certain word or phrases relative to your site.
